Too tired for sex?


A lack of good sleep has a negative effect on the sexuality of both partners. The old excuse- too tired – may in fact have some truth in it now that a lack of sleep is shown to put a damper on the sex drive of both partners.

A lack of sleep, or a disturbed sleep cycle, can lead to a lower sperm count in men, because the body will not release as many reproduction hormones as usual.
