Delivery policy:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day. Delivery within the borders of South Africa will be made via “Counter to Counter” (R75) services or “Door to Door Delivery” (R75). You will be notified of the relevant tracking number for your order via email.

Return and Refunds policy:

The provision of goods and services by Superactive.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Superactive.co.za will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the customer will NOT attract an administration fee.
