Prostate disease may result in erectile dysfunction (ED)

An infection of the prostate known as prostatitis usually results in burning when urinating, painful ejaculation, fever and chills. It certainly interferes with sexual pleasure because of painful ejaculation, and a constant feeling of wanting to urinate.

Prostatitis is also known to cause ED because of the unpleasant issues hanging over your head which are not conducive to sexual desire.
