Research has shown that an enlarged prostate, medically known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), is a non-cancerous increase in the size of the prostate gland. Symptoms can include frequent need to urinate, especially at night leading to a possible loss of bladder control. The sexual dysfunction symptoms are associated with difficulty getting an erection, maintaining an erection, causing anxiety about sexual satisfaction issues.
