Exercise can improve mens sexual health

Regular exercise is well known to have amazing health benefits for almost the entire body. These include, among others, a healthy body weight, getting extra oxygen into the bloodstream, boosting cardiovascular health and improving the flow of blood to all parts of the body.

Another benefit of exercise which is not so well known, is the specific increase of blood to the penis, which is essential for getting and maintaining a good erection, and combatting issues of erectile dysfunction – ED.
